What Could I Bring To Your Company?

     As a young and eager individual entering the workforce full-time, I can assure you that I will come to work every day with a determined mindset that will never change.  With my determined mindset, I will work extremely hard to achieve every goal both individually and business-related.  Along with having a determined mindset, I will also come in to work every day with a goal-oriented mindset. Having a goal-oriented mindset not only helps an individual reach their own goals but also helps reach the company's goals. Along with these traits, personally, I am always reliable, so if there is anyone who needs extra help with a certain task, I will always try my best to help. I will also come into work every day with a positive attitude, no matter what is going on in my personal life. This will help create a positive environment around myself and the workplace. I believe having a positive attitude every day within the work environment can only improve the quality of work within the business. Lastly, I do not take anything for granted, which can assure you that my work will never slack off during my time at your company.

     While working at Florida Totalcom, I have been able to advance my communication skills as a Marketing Executive. While in this position, I have learned how to speak appropriately to peers and managers in the work field. Advancing my communication skills also has allowed me to become very detail-oriented. Being detail-oriented gives me a very cautious eye when it comes to reviewing emails, documents, or any other task so that I can catch any mistakes or errors prior to completion.

     While working with Florida Totalcom and being enrolled at Aurora University at the same time, it has allowed me to grow my time management skills. I believe that having a good sense of time management is crucial within the workforce because it can affect multiple areas of your job. A key part of good time management is being organized. I have a very detail-oriented mindset, and this allows me to stay organized throughout a typical day.
